From the moment I entered Russo's Chapel in Hillside, I felt comforted and supported. Our family went in not knowing much about planning a funeral and the Staff helped us by gently explaining the process and patiently answering questions. The Staff at Russo's was professional at every level. After my mom passed, the person who picked up her body set the right tone by being patient with the family from the beginning. The Office Manager recommended a company that produced a beautiful printed obituary. I received multiple positive comments on the "natural" appearance of my mother during her funeral service. From the Funeral Director to the Office Manager, and the Service Coordinators, our family was treated with kindness and respect. Our guests were very complementary of the facilities, with many noting how spacious the chapel seating was for guests.
