Sam Cosentino, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 27, 2023. Beloved Husband of Nikki Joy, nee DePietro, for over 50 years. Sam was the love of her life. Devoted Father of Anthony (Jill) Cosentino and Michael (Shawn) Cosentino. Greatest Papa in the World to Sofia Cosentino and Vito Cosentino. Loving Papa to Wesley (Claudia) Cosentino, Nicholas (Kaitlyn) Cosentino, Trey (Lainey) Cosentino, Marguerite (Blake) Scigliano, James Scigliano, Josephine Scigliano and Mia Scigliano. Great Grandfather of Addi, Dean, Mateo and Cora Cosentino. Dear Brother-in-law of Roseanne (Steve) Orrico and Nick (Louise) DePietro. Fond Uncle of Melissa (Brad) Gardner, Gabrielle (Brent) Walker and Great Uncle of Willow Walker.
Sam was, a Master Mason & Past Master of Riverside Lodge #862 & Shriner with Medinah Shrine.
Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Friday, September 8, 2023, from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Saturday, September 9, 2023, from Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 8:30 A.M. Proceeding to Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church, 1S314 Summit Ave, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 10:00 A.M. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Hillside, IL. For additional information please call (708) 449-5300.
