Russell E. Briscoe passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at the age of 70. Beloved Husband of the late Mary Guice Briscoe; the late Brenda Thomas. Devoted Father of LaShawnda Briscoe, April Briscoe and Tanisha Briscoe. Loving Son of the late Willie & the late Arie Briscoe and Sarah (Henry, Jr) Anderson & the late Odessia Burch Hall. Grandfather of Ryan Briscoe, Brittney Sangster, Rishawn Briscoe, Ryhanna Briscoe, Randon Briscoe, Takayla Briscoe and Brittain Jackson. Great-Grandfather Emanii Little, Rylin and Rymanii Little. Dear Brother of Leroy Briscoe, Daisy (the late Tony) Briscoe Page, Gwendolyn Anderson, Beverly Anderson, the late Kenneth Anderson, Kimberly Anderson, Henry Anderson III, Debra (BF) Thames, the late Carolyn Dudley, Rev. Walter (Debora) Matthews and Bernard Hall.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation and Funeral Service on Friday, November 24, 2023 at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).  Visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Chapel Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, Illinois.
