Rowena Louise Lobdell Nee Toney passed away on Friday November 7, 2025 at the age of 69. Beloved Wife for a loving 43 years to William C. Lobdell. Devoted Mother of George (Stephanie) Toney, Greg Toney, and William C. Toney. Loving daughter of the late Waymon and the late Alma Toney. Fond Grandmother Adonijah and Anavah. Dear Sister of Jacqueline Stewart, David Stewart, Deborah (the late Larry) Yates, Gwendolyn Toney-Simms, the late Brenda Stewart, the late Annette (Robert) Overton, the late Waymon Toney Jr, the late Benjamin Stewart, the late George. Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).
