Rosemary N. Lanzillotti

Rosemary N. Lanzillotti, nee Pasquale, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the tranquility of her home on Monday, May 5, 2025 at the golden age of 89. Beloved Wife, for a loving 60 years, to the late Honorable Joseph J. Lanzillotti. Devoted Mother of Angela (the late John Berger) Lanzillotti and Francine (Chuck) Lazzara. Loving Daughter of the late Frank and the late Rose, nee Caruso, Pasquale. Fond Grandmother of Taylor Ann (Anthony) Zito & Julian Joseph Lazzara. Dear Great-Grandmother of Blaze Anthony Zito, Hazel Rose Zito and Ryze Joseph Zito. Dear Sister of Frank (Vivian) Pasquale and David (Mary Beth) Pasquale. Dear Aunt of many Nieces & Nephews.

In her early days, Rosemary was a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines, and was a member of the Silverliners International Flight Attendant Organization. Rosemary was also the Secretary of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Italian American Civic Organization of Berwyn (IACOB). Rosemary attended High School at St. Mary’s, where her athleticism and love for sports grew, especially softball, tennis, golf, and boxing.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Friday, May 9, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Funeral to follow on Saturday May 10, 2025, from Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 9:00 AM proceeding to Divine Providence Catholic Church, 2550 Mayfair Avenue, Westchester, Illinois, 60154. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 10:00 AM. Interment at Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery. For additional information please call 708-449-5300.
