Rosemary Baines, nee Collins, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the age of 74. Beloved Wife of the late Eddie Baines. Devoted Mother of Patrick (Denee) Dent, the late Lyndora Lyons, the late Gerri Dent and Nichole (Jerry) Dent-Binford. Loving Daughter of the late Percy Collins and the late Ella Lee Stone.  Fond Grandmother of Brenita Dent, Dominic Dent, Crystal Dent, Christopher Barnes, Aaron Dent, Ebony Dent-Howlell, Quinntin Howlell, Jaylin Dunklin, Jordan Dent and Aiesha Dent-Perrin. Fond Great-Grandmother of Christian J. Barnes, Aysia Perrin, Gabriel Howlell, Alaya Perrin and Emory Dent.  Dear Sister of Percy Collins, Jean Collins-Sanders, the late Eartha Lee Mister, Ava Rae Bomar, the late Joyce Mohandas, Betty Sloan, Jessie Craig, Nancy Craig, Willie (Wanda) Cleveland and Nathaniel Cleveland. Dear Aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are to gather for the Visitation on Friday, October 22, 2021 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).Funeral to follow Saturday, October 23, 2021 Family and friends are to meet directly at Family Altar Evangelistic Baptist Church, 5907 W. Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60651. For a Visitation from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Funeral Service will be celebrated promptly at 11:00 A.M. Interment Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, IL.
