Rose Marnell

Rose Marnell, nee Pileggi, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 3, 2022 while surrounded by her loving family at the Golden Age 100. Beloved Wife of the late Anthony for a loving 48 years.  Devoted Mother of Pasqual “Patsy” (Joyce) Marnell, Angela (Mike) DeCarlis, and Roseann Archer (Jim).  Loving Daughter of the late Vito and the late Angelina, nee Gullo, Pileggi.  Fond Grandmother of Gina (Rich) Warczynski, Deanna (Tony) Transon, Michael (Donna) DeCarlis, Dino (Stephanie) Marnell, Cara (Rasheem) DeCarlis, Anthony (Cindy) Archer, and Eddie.  Fond Great-Grandmother of Nicollette (Eddie) Fernandez, Carly (David) Brooker, Anthony, Dominic, Paige, Joseph, Jenna, Gina, Vincent, Nicholas, Anthony, Giuliana, Giovanni, BellaMia and Gabrielle.  Dear Sister of the late Stanley (the late Molly) Pileggi, the late Martha (the late Ray) Reggi, the late Joseph (Rose) Pileggi, the late Frank (Sue) Pileggi, the late Vito (the late Rose) Pileggi, the late Mary (the late Frank) Mocerino, and the late Angelo (the late Rosemary) Pileggi.  Dear Aunt, Great-Aunt, and Great-Great-Aunt to many.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 9:30 A.M. until time of Chapel Service of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 11:30 A.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road).  Entombment to immediately follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Christ the King Mausoleum.  For additional information please call (708) 449-5300.  Please sign Rose’s guestbook.
