Rose C. D'Alexander, nee Lauria, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 12, 2023, at the golden age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Anthony J. D'Alexander, Sr. Devoted Mother of Kenneth (Diane) D’Alexander, Anthony (Maria) D’Alexander, Michael (Kathy) D’Alexander, and Karen (the late John) Phelan. Loving Daughter of the late Michael and the late Rose, nee Pitzaferro, Lauria. Fond Grandmother of Jennifer (Josh) Polanco, Melissa (Brian) Goodwin, Christine D'Alexander, Lindsey (Jon) Lindstrom, Kenneth (Carlie) D'Alexander, Jr., Katherine (John) Nelsen, Michael D'Alexander, Jr., Joseph Phelan, Ryan (Fiancée Alexandra Nitti) Phelan, Dominic D'Alexander and Kasey D'Alexander.  Great-Grandmother to 13. Dear Sister of the late Anna Lauria and the late Anthony Lauria. Dear Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Loving Cousin to many.  Loving Companion to the late Ralph Blanche.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation and Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois (located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Chapel Service of Christian Burial to be celebrated promptly at 11:00 AM. Interment and Graveside Service at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Journey Care, Barrington, IL for the care extended to their Mom.
