Rosa Gonzalez, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the age of 77. Beloved Wife of the late Eleuterio Garcia, Jr. Devoted Mother of Diana Garcia, Roberto Garcia, Eugenio (Sonia) Garcia, Ricardo (Jeannie) Garcia and the late Eleuterio Garcia III. Loving Daughter of the late Eugenio & Francisca Gonzalez. Fond Grandmother of Claudia Garcia, Luis Garcia, Emily Garcia, Erik Etcitty; Ronnie Robles, Nicholas (Katie) Robles, Marissa Garcia, Elysa Garcia, Esperanza Garcia; Miguel Garcia, Arianna Garcia, Abigail Garcia; Ricardo Garcia II, Tiffany Garcia and Alexander Garcia. Loving Great-Grandmother of Xavier Badagliacco, Jackson Badagliacco, Julius Garcia, Ahmont Johnson Jr. and Juliana Robles. Dear Sister of Severo, Ester, Virginia, the late Polocorpio, the late Santos, the late Ramiro and the late Salomon. Dear Aunt to many Nieces and Nephews. Rosa was a “Second Mother” to many children in the community.

Family and friends are to gather for the visitation, Friday, October 8, 2021 from 3:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Saturday, October 9, 2021 from Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 9:00a.m. Proceeding to St. Leonard Catholic Church, 3318 Clarence Avenue, Berwyn, Illinois. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 10:00a.m. Interment at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Stickney, Illinois. For additional information call (708) 449-5300.
