Robert J. Connolly, passed away Friday, February 23, 2024 at the age of 67. Beloved Husband of Vicki Connolly. Loving Father of Shannon M. (the late Christopher Szara) Connolly and Maureen A. Connolly. Loving Stepdad of Lisa Jennings. Devoted Son of Margaret “Rita” Connolly, nee Waldron and the late Raymond Connolly. Cherished Papa of Maeve Keating, MacKenzie Martin, Nathan Sanders and Aria Sanders. Devoted Grandpa of Camryn Ward, Abigail Ward, James Kennedy and Best Buddy James Kennedy III. Dear Brother of Patricia (Liam) Doherty, Mary (Tom) Halpin, Bernadette (the late Sara Barnes) Connolly, Maureen (Mike) Cribbin, Raymond Connolly, Kevin (Michele) Connolly, Sheila (Kevin) Burton, Anne (Jill) Connolly, Colleen (Paul) Telle, Rita (the late Donny) Connolly, Kate (Paul) Mayer, and the late Jennifer (Christopher) Shoup. Family and friends are to gather for the Memorial Mass Friday, March 22, 2024 at St. Gerald Catholic Church, 9310 S 55th Ct, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated promptly at 11:00 A.M. Interment Private.
