Rene John Surovy passed away suddenly on July 9th, 2020. Devoted Father of Dylan. Loving Son of Douglas Dusan (Ingrid) Surovy and Susan Varga. Dear Brother of David (Mellissa) Surovy. Dear Uncle of Millie. Kathryn Diethloff, mother of Dylan. Family and friends are to gather for the visitation Friday, July 17th from 10:30 A.M. until the time of Chapel Service at 11:30 A.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim and Wolf Road).
