Raymond L. Parenti

Raymond L. Parenti, 59, passed away Friday, October 22, 2021.  Ray had a long and happy career at the Chicago Board of Trade, working over three decades in almost all capacities in the industry, most recently at Rosenthal Collins Group.  His appetite for life was only exceeded by his appetite for a good meal, a good joke, and the company of his many, many good friends and those he considered family. 

Ray will be deeply mourned by his devoted wife of 24 years, Genie Rafferty, as well as the huge group of people, too extensive to list by name, who made up the family he adopted into his heart.  To know Ray was to love him….and to enjoy a really good laugh.

Family and friends are to gather for the Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. until time of Chapel Service at 1:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).
