Raúl Cano passed away peacefully, in the tranquility of his home on May 24, 2022 at the age of 69. Beloved Husband for a loving 48 years to Ernestina, nee Diaz, Cano. Devoted Father of Luz Maria (Adolfo) Mendez, Anel (the late Ramon) Ayala, Karina (Alonso) Chavez, Raúl (Silvia) Cano and Ruby Cano. Loving Son of the late Plutarco and the late Teresa. Fond Grandfather of Adolfo, Jr., Alejandro, Crystal, Jonathan, Bianca, Adali, Marcos, Adan, Sofia and Mason. Dear Brother of Aurelio (Jela) Cano, Abelardo (Silvia) Cano, Luisa Cano, Beatriz (Emilio) Diaz, Ricardo (Gloria) Cano and the late Ninfa (the late Jacinto) Orozco. Dear Uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Thursday, June 2, 2022, from Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 9:00 a.m. proceeding to St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 46 N Wolf Rd, Northlake, IL 60164.
