Phyllis J. Conforti, nee Bartucci, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at the age of 74. Beloved Wife for a loving 49 years to Wayne Conforti. Devoted Mother of Anthony & Victor. Loving Daughter of the late Joseph & the late Helen Bartucci. Dear Sister of Marilyn (Hans) Kornau, Michael Bartucci, Christopher Bartucci, Rocco Bartucci, the late Joseph (Laura) Bartucci and the late Patricia (John) Scimone. Dear Aunt of many Nieces & Nephews.

Family and Friends are to gather for the lying-in-state Visitation on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, 5005 Wolf Road, Western Springs, Illinois.
