Penny J. Carson nee Funteas passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her Loving Family on Thursday, August 26,2021 at the age of 65. Loving Companion of 31 years to Al Miceli. Devoted Mother of Stacy M. Buonincontro and Alexander D. Miceli. Loving Daughter of the late James G. and the late Evelyn J. Funteas. Fond Grandmother of Matthew, Marco, Penelope, Alex, Aiden, and Ava. Dear Sister of Ann Hansen and the late George J. Funteas. Dear Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Penny was the proud owner of Stacy’s Café in Bellwood.

Family and friends are to gather for the Visitation on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).
