Patricia Ann “Patsy” Mingilino nee Gardi passed away on February 7, 2026. Devoted Mother of Scott (Ann) Mingilino, the late Anthony Mingilino. Loving Friend of Rose Mingilino (Mike Koranek). Loving Daughter of the late Albert Gardi and the late Jean Mangiaguerra. Fond Grandmother of the late Scott David Mingilino II, Matthew (Savana Sandoval) Mingilino, Alyssa (Tony) Schultz, Daniel Mingilino, Neil Prause and Giana (Victor Navarro) Mingilino. Loving Great Grandmother of Layla Schultz, Roy Schultz, Marley Schultz, Lou Schultz… and one on the way! Dear Sister of the late Joey (Phylis) Gardi, Alberta Marrera, and Linda (the late Ross) Urso. Dear Aunt of the late Phillip Marrera, Raquel Marrera, Dino (Laura) Savaiano, Ross Urso Jr, Mark (Jen) Urso, and Angela Urso. Treasured Great Aunt to Cameron and Naila. Patricia was a dear friend to all of those at Mayslake Village Retirement Community.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo's Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).
