Patricia A. LeDonne passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at the age of 63, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Michael A. LeDonne for 41 loving years. Devoted mother to Nicholas (Natalie) LeDonne, Thomas (Lauren) LeDonne, and Michael (Caitlin) LeDonne. Loving grandmother to Yana and Juliana.

Patti was the cherished daughter of James (Helen) Klages and the late Beverly Klages. Dear sister to Robert (Katy) Klages and Daniel (Cathy) Klages. She was also a proud aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Patti was one of the kindest, most genuinely nice people you could ever meet—someone who always saw the good in others and never had a bad word to say about anyone. She had a deep passion for working with children and brought joy and warmth to every holiday by decorating the house so her whole family could celebrate together.

She especially cherished her weekends in Delavan, Wisconsin, where she found peace and happiness relaxing by the lake.

Patricia’s gentle spirit, generous heart, and the love she poured into her family and community will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Memorial on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Interment Private. For additional information please call (708) 449-5300.
