Michael Edward O’Brien passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, at the age of 75. Beloved Husband for a loving 32 years to Josephine, nee Nacar, O’Brien. Devoted Father of Joseph O’Brien. Loving Son of the late Joseph & the late Margaret O’Brien. Dear Brother of Daniel O’Brien, Patricia (the late Vincent) Vizza, Barbara O’Brien, the late Margaret Peggy O’Brien, Christine (William Strom) O’Brien and Phyllis (James Guzdziol) O’Brien. Dear Uncle of many Nieces & Nephews.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow on Monday, March 2, 2026, from Russo’s Hillside Chapels. All Family and Friends are to meet directly at St. Bernardine Catholic Church, 801 Elgin Avenue, Forest Park, Illinois.
