Michael J. Cicchetti, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at the Golden Age of 91. Beloved Husband of the late Amelia, nee Stancato, Cicchetti. Devoted Father of Rosaria (Tara McCarthy) Cicchetti and Harry (James Muszynski) Cicchetti. Loving Son of the late Luigi and the late Rosaria, nee Chechile, Cicchetti. Dear Brother of the late Catherine (the late Joseph) Muscarello, the late James (the late Jean) Cicchetti, the late Frank (the late Theresa) Cicchetti, the late Anthony (the late Rose) Cicchetti, the late Rose (the late Michael) Bruno and the late Ciro (the late Dolores) Cicchetti. Fond Brother-in-law of the late Julia (the late Warren) Hayes, the late Esther Labut and the late Harriet (the late Joseph) Dencoff. Dear Godfather of Cathy (Jerry) Owens, Rosann (the late James) Nicholson ad Frank Cicchetti. Dear Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Loving Companion of his four legged grandpuppies Tippy, Holly, Bella, Barbie, Bailey, Cosmo, Guiness, Kona and Rocco Vino.

Michael was part of the Baker and Confectionery union for 49 years with Nabisco Biscuit Company. He was also a part of Our Lady of Charity Friendship Club and also served as an usher. Michael also enjoyed playing at the casinos.

Family and friends are to gather for the Visitation on Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.  At Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Monday, January 23, 2023 from Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 9:00 A.M. Proceeding to Our Lady of Charity Catholic Church, 3620 S 57th Ct, Cicero, IL 60804. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 10:00 A.M. Interment Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery, Hillside, IL. For additional info. Call (708) 449-5300.
