Michael J. Annecca

Michael J. Annecca, affectionately known as Mickey, passed away on December 25, 2024 at the age of 82.  He was a devoted and loving husband to Vicki Annecca (Cortina), who stood by his side through life’s many adventures. Mickey was the cherished son of the late Virginia and Joe Annecca, and he carried their love with him throughout his life.  He is survived by his beloved children: Michael Annecca, Anna Annecca (Andrew Cross), and Dominic Annecca. He was also predeceased by his son, Joseph Annecca. Mickey's legacy lives on through his adoring grandchildren: GeOnna Annecca, Ava Annecca, Marco Annecca, Jenna Annecca, and Riley Cross. Each of them brought immense joy to his life and will remember him fondly. Mickey was known for his warmth, humor, and unwavering support for his family. He touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity. His memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him. 

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Friday, January 3rd, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Saturday, January 4th, 2025, Visitation Catholic Church, 779 S. York St., Elmhurst, Illinois, 60126. Mass of Christian Burial, time to be determined. Interment at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois
