Mattie B. Johnson, nee Wesley, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022 at the Golden Age of 85. Beloved Wife of the late Davie Lee Johnson. Devoted Mother of Tommie (Jacquie) Johnson, Alonzo Johnson, the late Dennis Johnson, Randy (Jamey) Johnson, Antoine (Laleatha) Johnson, and David Johnson. Loving Daughter of the late John Wesley and the late Sallie Wesley. Dear Sister of the late Charles Miller, the late Cornelius Wesley, the late David Wesley, the late James Wesley, the late Lloyd Wesley, the late Paul Wesley, the late Robert Earl Wesley, the late Roosevelt Wesley, the late Ella Mae Wesley, the late Martha Nell Gates Morgan, the late Lucille Campbell, the late Lizzie Campbell, the late Ethel Harper, Zora (Eria) Matthena, Bobbie (S.T.) Anthony and Geraldine (Leslie) Walker. Dear Sister-in-Law of Irma Wesley. Fond Grandmother of 27 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren. Mattie leaves a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends!

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 3:00-8:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Russo’s Hillside Chapels. Visitation 9:00 A.M. until time of Chapel Service of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 10:30 A.M.
