Marzia Renucci,nee Chiesa, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, while surrounded by her loving family, at the golden age of 92. Though small in stature, Marzia possessed a spirit that was larger than life. Known best for her amazing homemade Italian cooking, where love was her secret ingredient.
Beloved Wife of the late Frank for a loving 60 years. Devoted Mother of Mairo (Christy) and Lara (Tony Friedman). Loving Daughter of the late Giuseppe and the late Armida, nee Galeotti, Chiesa. Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation and Funeral Mass on Friday, May 9, 2025, directly at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1101 North 23rd Avenue, Melrose Park, Illinois for a 1 hour Visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 10:00 a.m. Interment will remain private.
