Mary "Dugan" Buono

Mary “Dugan” Buono, nee DePirro, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the golden age of 83. Devoted mother of Tina (Sam) Dentino, Vicki (Nick) Palumbo, John (Tammy) Marino, Anthony Marino and the late Michael Marino. Loving daughter of the late Dan & the late Rose DePirro. Fond grandmother of Sam, Joseph, John, Olivia, Jacqueline and Nicholas. Dear sister of Jesse DePirro & Dan DePirro. Dear aunt of many nieces & nephews – and a host of cousins and friends.

Family and friends are to gather for a Memorial Visitation on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at The Parish of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, 1101 N. 23rd Avenue, Melrose Park, Illinois. Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will remain private.  For additional information please call (708) 449-5300.
