Mary Claire Stetler, nee Airhart, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2025, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 73. Beloved Wife of Frank O. Stetler for a loving 55 years. Devoted Mother of John Stetler, Jill (Jim) Vik, Laura (Sam) SanFilippo. Loving Daughter of the late Robert and the late Julia, nee Holechko, Airhart. Fond Grandmother of Julia, John, Frankie, and Vince. Dear Sister of Helen (the late Tom) Berry, Joseph Airhart, Cathy Airhart, Marge Stedman, the late Robert Airhart and loving sister-in-law to many. Dear Aunt and Great-Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Dear Cousin and Friend to many.
Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow immediately, proceeding directly to St. Eulalia Catholic Church, 1825 S. 9th Avenue, Maywood, IL with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated promptly at 11:30 a.m. Committal at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois.
