Maria F. Santillanes de Terrazas passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19 in the tranquility of her own home and surrounded by her loving family at the golden age of 82. Beloved wife of Adolfo for a loving 61 years. Devoted Mother of Maricela, Ricardo and the late Gabriel. Loving Daughter of the late Ascencion and the late Anacleta de Cezarez, Terrazas. Fond Grandmother of Gabriel, Ricardo Jr., and Cynthia. Fond Great-Grandmother of Mila and Damien. Dear Sister of Luciana (the late Benjamin), Bernardina (the late Domingo), Rita (Guadalupe), Vicente (Elia), Ascencion (Sylvia), Hilario, the late Dimas (the late Maria) and the late Leonila. Dear Aunt, Great Aunt, and Great-Great Aunt to many.

Family and friends are to gather for the visitation Wednesday, September 24 from 3PM-8PM at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Rd.).  Funeral to follow Thursday, September 25 at Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 9:30AM for a 1-hour visitation, promptly followed by a chapel service of Christian burial celebrated promptly at 10:30AM.
