Maria Katalin Batho, nee Hodap, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at the golden age of 89. Beloved Wife of the late Istvan Batho. Devoted Mother Steven (Lori) Batho, Frank Batho and Suzanna (Donald) Clark. Loving Daughter of the late Janos & the late Maria Hodap. Fond Grandmother of Nicole (Fiancée Connor Reaumond) Clark and Megan (Aaron) Beatty. Dear Sister of Anna & Rosie. Dear Aunt to many Nieces & Nephews. Loving Niece of Uncle Joe (Maria) Peragowits. Loving Cousin of Joe (Gitta) Peragowits.

Though Maria never drove a car, she commuted extensively throughout the Chicagoland area. Maria enjoyed City events and shopping.

Family and Friends are to gather for the visitation on Sunday, April 21, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162.
