Luciano C. Pecina, 84, passed away on September 2, 2025. Beloved Husband of Estela Pecina for 63 years. Beloved Father of Luciano Junior (the late Sadie Darlene), Steven (Trina), Eduardo, and David (Olga). Loving Son of the late Esteban Pecina and the late Tanila Carrizales. Loving Godfather of David Juarez, Griselda Sofia Torres, Amanda Barrientos, and Cesar Morales. Loving Uncle of Arriaga, Carrizales, Delgado, Galicia, Jimenez, Mondragon, Pecina & Rodriguez families. Loving Brother of Diamantina Carrizales, Gilberto, Jessie, The Late Joseph, Crispin, Sam, Rosemary Galicia - in Chicago, Guillermo, Javier, Rodolfo, Juanna, Maria, Jorge, Jose, and Lupita Pecina - in Mexico. Loving Grandfather of Eduardo Jr, Matthew, Andrew, Alyssa, Luciano, Skye, Destinee, Christian, Robert, Steven Jr, Miranada, David Jr, Julian, Luciana, and Daniel. Loving Great Grandfather to his legacy of 20 great grandchildren.

Family and Friends are to gather for the visitation, Monday, September 8, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Rd., Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Funeral to follow: Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 9:00 AM proceeding to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church located at 1101 23rd Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160.  Mass of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 10:00 AM.
