Loistine Tines passed away peacefully on Monday, March 24, 2025 at the age of 75. Devoted Mother of David (Jennifer) Tines and Shena Tines. Loving Daughter of the late Edward (Carrie) and the late Erlene Wheeler. Fond Grandmother of D’Angelo, Savannah, Mya, Enzo and Eden. Dear Sister of Rosemary (Woodrow) Spencer, Edward Tines, Jr., Harlan McGowan, Albert (Janice) Burns, and the late Curtis (Katherine) Tines. Loving Best Friend of Juanita King. Loving Godmother of Camille Smith. Beloved Son in Love of Lionel Davis. Dear Aunt of many Nieces & Nephews.

Loistine was a proud educator with the Chicago Public Schools for over 30 years. 

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located Between Mannheim & Wolf Road).
