LeRoy “Lee” Gawron Jr., passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at the age of 84. Beloved Husband of Laurian Gawron, nee Skerdlant. Devoted Father of Kimberly (Paul) Mueller, Scott Gawron, Traci (Scott) Carmignani and Jeffrey (Tina) Gawron. Loving Son of the late LeRoy Sr. and the late Harriet Gawron. Fond Grandfather of Ryan Mueller, Michael Mueller, Dominic (fiancé Christina Conforti) Carmignani, Zachary Carmignani, Joshua Gawron and Julia Gawron.
Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Monday, September 11, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 8:30 A.M. Proceeding to Divine Providence Catholic Church, 2550 Mayfair Ave, Westchester, Illinois 60154. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 10:00 A.M. Interment Private. For additional information please call (708) 449-5300.
