Laura Jane Crook-Gianopoulos passed away on March 5, 2026. Beloved Wife of John Gianopoulos for a loving 49 years. Devoted Mother of Chris (Ashley) Gianopoulos, Jeff (Natalia) Gianopoulos, and the late Scott Gianopoulos. Loving Daughter of the late Gordon Crook and the late Violet Crook (nee Kirchhoff). Dear Sister of James (the late Lorraine Didriksen) Crook. Cherished Sister-in-law of Cynthia (Angelo) Mavridis. Cherished Aunt of Tim (Julie) Crook, Michael (Dina) Mavridis, and George Mavridis. Fond Cousin of Blanch Gray. Fond Great Aunt of Colin Crook, Kellie Crook, and Cynthia Mavridis. Devoted friend to many.

Family and Friends are to gather for the visitation Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Chapel Service to be celebrated at 4:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2026 at First Presbyterian Church of River Forest, 7551 Quick St., River Forest, IL 60305.
