Kathleen "Kay" Hartman

Kay Hartman, nee Folta, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 16, 2026, with her loving daughter by her side, at the age of 88. Beloved Wife of the late James Hartman. Devoted Mother of James Jr. (Sue), Steven (Jennifer), Kenneth (Candy), and Mary (Jim) Zalabak. Loving Daughter of the late William and the late Katheryn Folta. Fond Grandmother of Katie, Tim, William, Nicholas, Dan, Matthew, Thomas and Alex.  Dear Great-Grandmother of many. Dear Sister of the late Joyce Novak and the late Thomas Folta. Dear Aunt and Great-Aunt of many.

Family and Friends are to gather directly at St. Domitilla Catholic Church, 4940 Washington Street, Hillside, Illinois, for the Visitation on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated promptly at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois. Arrangements for Kay have been entrusted to Russo’s Hillside Chapels. For additional information please call (708) 449-5300.
