Karen J. Hoffmann, nee Kozel, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 79. Beloved Wife of the late Charles “Chuck” Hoffmann. Devoted Mother of Wendi (David) Pufahl. Loving Daughter of the late George and the late Marie Kozel. Fond Grandmother of Emily (Kailyn) Pufahl, Elizabeth Pufahl, and Eden Pufahl.

Family and Friends are to gather on Friday, July 10, 2026, directly at the office of Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1400 S Wolf Road, Hillside, Illinois, at 10:45 am.
