Joyce A. Gholston

On November 8, 2023, Joyce passed away peacefully in her sleep at her Benton, AR home. She leaves behind a legacy of love, cherished by her children Derrick Gholston (Mindy), Eric Gholston, and Jennae Gholston Pitts, and her beloved husband John Gholston. Her siblings Bennie, Lela, Linda, Carolyn, and Marvin, along with 60 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends and extended family, will fondly remember her. Preceding her in death were her parents Mabel Ray and Oree Snelling, and siblings Walter, Ferry, Clarence, Sandra, and Angela.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Russo’s Hillside, Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).  Chapel Service to be celebrated promptly at 11:00 a.m. To watch the live stream please click the link vimeo.com/event/3886168 .
