Josephine Palumbo, nee Borsellino, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at the golden age of 86. Beloved Wife of the late John “Mimi” Palumbo. Devoted Mother of Marianne Palumbo, Diana (Jimmy) Amabile and Jimmy (Machele) Palumbo. Loving Daughter of the late Luigi & the late Marianna Borsellino. Fond Grandmother of Dominique (Anthony) Giannola, Danny Amabile, Alyssa Palumbo, Nikki Palumbo, Lexi (Felipe) Aguilar and Johnny (Erica) Palumbo. Fond Great-Grandmother of Anthony Giannola, Jimmy Giannola and Antonio Palumbo. Dear Sister of Louisa (Gus) Alianello, the late Norfe (the late Dolly) Borsellino and the late Tony (Tootsie) Borsellino. Dear Aunt of many Nieces & Nephews. Loving Friend to many.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).
