Joseph “Boom Boom” Costanza, U.S. Army Veteran, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the age of 78. Beloved Husband for a loving 55 years to Domenica, nee Tenerelli, Costanza. Devoted Father of Rochelle (Mike) Wiedenbeck, Tina (Sean) Fedora and Kelly (Angela) Costanza. Loving Son of the late Achelles & the late Rachel, nee Campobasso, Costanza. Fond Grandfather of Jake Wiedenbeck, Marco Wiedenbeck, Nikala Wiedenbeck, Joey Fedora, Valentia Fedora, Vincent Fedora, Domenica Costanza and Giuseppe Costanza. Dear Brother of Luke Costanza and Kelly Costanza, Jr. Dear Uncle of many Nieces & Nephews.
Joseph enjoyed a lifetime, inspired by his grandfather, of producing fascinating and exciting Firework displays for family, friends and public and private events across the Chicagoland area. His dedication, craftsmanship and passion turned ordinary evenings into cherished traditions. His spark lives on through his son and grandson, and everyone fortunate enough to have known Him. His legacy will continue to shine for generations to come.
Family and Friends are to gather for the visitation on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).
