José Ramón Martinez passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the age of 72. Beloved husband for a loving 35 years to Imelda Garcia Martinez. Devoted father of Edwin (Guadalupe) Martinez and Daniel Martinez. Loving son of Celedonia and the late Miguel Martinez. Fond grandfather of Emily and Emma. Dear brother of Adan (Beatriz) Martinez, Federico (Alejandrina) Martinez, Hernestina Martinez, Sofia (the late Antonio) Saucedo, Olivia (Pedro) Lopez, Elva Martinez, the late Maria Martinez, the late Juan (Rosa) Martinez, and the late Pedro Martinez. Dear uncle to nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation at on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Rd. Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim & Wolf Rd.) Funeral to follow on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 9:00 am, proceeding to St. Mary of Celle Church, 1428 Wesley Ave. Berwyn, Illinois.
