Jonathan C. Mindrum passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at the age of 36. Loving Son of Craig and Donna, nee Macudzinski, Mindrum. Loving Brother of Jennifer Mindrum and Jessica Mindrum. Loving Grandson of the late John and the late Hedwig Macudzinski, and the late Norman and the late Dorothy Mindrum. Beloved Nephew, Cousin, and Friend to so many.
Jonathan was a much-respected business consultant at Accenture and a brilliant thinker just completing his Master’s degree in Data Science at Northwestern University. He was an avid outdoorsman and a talented pianist. He earned a black belt in karate. He was deeply involved as an adult leader in the Boy Scouts of America, particularly the honor society, Order of the Arrow. He is remembered for his work with the Northwestern University Pride Alumni Club, and by the many Northwestern students he mentored over the years.
Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Saturday, February 10, 2024, friends and family are to meet directly at Grace Lutheran Church, 7300 Division Street, River Forest, Illinois, where a Funeral Service will be celebrated promptly at 11:00 a.m. Interment is private. Jonathan was heavily involved in scouting all his life. He stayed a Boy Scout executive leader all his life. This donation would go especially to summer camping for boys of all ages. It can also be designated for the general fund if desired.
