Johnny Wade Holloway Sr., passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the tranquility of his home on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021 at the age of 75. Beloved Husband for a loving 53 years to Rosemary Trotter Holloway. Devoted Father of Johnny Jr. (Alisa) Holloway, Wanda (Charles) Ogletree, Ciara C. Holloway and the late Rodney Holloway. Loving Son of the late Eugene and the late Mabel Holloway. Fond Grandfather of Titus (Stephanie)Trotter, Angelique Holloway, Johnathan (Raina) Holloway, Franchesca (Earnest) Holloway Jones, Stevonne Harris, Jada Holloway, Martell Holloway, Shakara (Janay) Holloway, Rodtavia Holloway and Ciara Holloway. Dear Great Grandfather of 13. Dear Brother of Lessie Ruth Leake, the late James Holloway, the late Charlotte, the late Clara, the late Arthur and the late Alsie. Dear Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Johnny was a dedicated worker for UPS for over 30 years.

Family and friends are to gather for the Visitation on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Saturday, November 13, 2021 Family and friends are to meet directly at DuPage African Methodist Episcopal Church, 4300 Yackley Avenue, Lisle, IL 60532.
