Beloved Wife of the late Martin Powell Sr. Devoted Mother of Henrene (the late Lacy) Thomas, Glinda (the late James) Scott, the late Loutisha Allen, the late Martin Powell Jr., Debra (the late Darryl) Blackman, the late Albert Washington, Darrick Washington, Joyce Powell, Kimberly (Fernando) Bolden, Tony (Tasha) Washington the late Daniel Powell and Martinique (Terry Orr Fiance') Powell. Loving Daughter of the late Playne and the late Vivian Pepper. Fond Grandmother of a host of Grandchildren, Great- Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
