James Clinton Mitchell Jr. passed away suddenly on Friday, April 14, 2023, at the age of 34. Devoted Father of Genesis Mitchell, Evieanah Mitchell and Trinity Royal White. Loving Son of James C. Mitchell, Sr. & Luvinia Sherice Mayfield. Fond Grandson of Mary King & Terry King. Dear Brother of Eric Marqueice King & Mia L. King. Loving Uncle of Kaliyah King, Kahari King & Kali King. James played defensive tackle and middle linebacker at Elgin Community High School. James enjoyed music and dancing and all of the Chicago professional sports teams.
Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation & Funeral Service on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Visitation from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Chapel Service to be celebrated promptly at 11:00A.M. Interment will remain private. For additional information call (708) 449-5300.
