Jacqueline M. Kouba nee Torello passed away suddenly on Monday, May 8, 2023, at the age of 40. Devoted Mother of Tyler Scott, Danielle Marie and Aubriana Nicole Kouba. Special Friend to LJ Rutleg. Beloved Significant Other of LaShon Rutleg, Sr. Loving Daughter of Steve and Barb nee Loda, Torello. Beloved Daughter of Anthony Caccamo. Fond Granddaughter of Jaquelyn (the late Saro) Caccamo. Dear sister of Brian (Ana͘is) Caccamo and Tony Marie (Michael) Swiontek. Dear Aunt of Mia and Lucy Caccamo, Evelyn Swiontek. Dear Cousin. Godmother and Friend to many.
Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Funeral to follow Wednesday, May 17, 2023, with a 1 hour Visitation at Russo’s Hillside Chapels from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. immediately followed by a Chapel Service of Christian Burial celebrated promptly at 10:30 a.m. Interment will remain private for Immediate Family only.
