Ingrid E. Havens, nee Mehring, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025, in the comfort of her home, at the age of 81. Beloved Wife to Gerald Havens for a loving 56 years. Devoted Mother of the late Thomas Willie Neeb. Loving Daughter of the late Jacob and the late Elizabeth, nee Tramer, Mehring. Dear Sister of Rosemarie (the late Dominick) Basile, the late Willie (the late Ingrid) Mehring. Dear Sister-in-law of Louis (the late Helen) Virgil “Bud” Havens (deceased), Eleanor (the late Robert) Ervin Dodd, nee Havens (deceased), Edward (the late Hazel) Alan Havens (deceased), Joseph (the late Shirley) Francis “Joe” Havens (deceased), Teresa (the late George) Patricia Renner, nee Havens (deceased), Anna Havens (deceased).  Dear cousin of the late Inge (Gunther) Veith. Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation and Funeral service on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). A Chapel Service will be celebrated promptly at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois.
