Gregory M. Kolinek, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at the age of 75. Beloved Husband for a loving 53 years to Mary Lou, nee Eggers, Kolinek. Devoted father of Nicole (Josh) Anderson and Cheryl (Joe) Britt. Loving Son of the late Walter “Jerry” & the late Corrine “Renee’”, nee Brett, Kolinek. Fond Grandfather of Dylan, Paige, Riley & Warner. Dear Brother of Richard (Joyce) Kolinek, Robert (Teresa) Kolinek and Sanford (Teresa) Kolinek. Dear Uncle of Brett (Kelly) Kolinek, Brandon Kolinek, Michelle Kolinek, Jared (JoAnna) Kolinek, Melissa (Ryan) McNett and Amanda Kolinek. Gregory was the proud owner and enthusiast of a Drag Racing Team.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road). Funeral to follow on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Russo’s Hillside Chapels with a Visitation from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A chapel Service to be celebrated promptly at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Elm Lawn Memorial Park, Elmhurst, Illinois.
