Gloria Jean Christopher, nee Patrick, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 16, 2021 at the age of 71. Devoted Mother of Desiree (Wallace) Bailey, Gabrielle Christopher and Dawn Christopher. Loving Daughter of the late Willie and the late Janie Patrick. Fond Grandmother of Mariah Wiley, Jimmy Members Jr., Paris Members, Justin Members, the late Nhatey Mack, Marlon Jones, Marco Jones, Dominique Oliver, Kwesi Oliver, Torrian Oliver, Shamya Wilkins and Shamarl Wilkins. Fond Great Grandmother of Hendrix Pruitt. Dear Sister of Doris (the late Bradey Sr.) Minniefield, Mitchell (the late Marva) Patrick, the late Margaret (the late Jordan) McNary, the late Mable (the late JT) McBride, the late Melody (the late Jack) Earl, the late Willie Jr. (the late Janice) Patrick, the late David Patrick and the late Lena Mae (the late Charles) Sharp. Dear Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Loving Special Friend of Jerry Hunter. Gloria retired from The State of Illinois Department of Employment Security after serving 40 years.

Family and friends are to gather for the Visitation and Funeral Service on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 9:30 A.M. until time of Chapel Service at 11:00 A.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim & Wolf Road).Interment Private.
