Giuseppe Agate passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 7, 2026, while surrounded by his loving family in the tranquility of his own home at the golden age of 87. Beloved Husband of Kathy nee Duran for a loving 36 years. Devoted Father of Francesca (Dominic) Masi, Daniela Agate, Josephine (Keith) Culshaw, and Joey (Crystal) Agate. Loving Son of the late Gaspare and the late Francesca nee Sciacca, Agate. Loving Nonno of Alex and Nicky Masi, Silvana, Enzo and Antonio, Morgan, Elena and Leo. Dear Brother of Andrea (Antonella) Agate, the late Stefano (the late Maria) Agate, the late Rosario (the late Anntonietta) Agate, the late Mariano (the late Silvana) Agate, the late Vincenzo (the late Antonina) Marino, the late Nicola (Caterina) Agate. Dear sister-in-law of Angel Agate. Dear Zio “Uncle Joe”, Great-Zio, and Great-Great Zio to many.

Family and Friends are to gather for a memorial visitation on Monday, May 18, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim and Wolf Road).
