Georgia Mae Haywood (Walker), passed away peacefully on September 18, 2026. Beloved Mother of Rosalind Monroe, Linda Williams (the late Ralph), Bennie (Stacy) Haywood, Stacy (Lenard) Lewis, and Andre Howliet. Loving Daughter of the late Rosetta and the late Andrew Walker. Fond Grandmother of Darselle, Eboni, Jazzmine, Darius, Dejah, and Amber. Beloved Great-Grandmother of Bryan, Jamiyah, Brandis, and Dakota. Dear Sister of Viola Davis, Evelyn (Joseph) Mitchell, Myra (Melvin) Cooper, Maurice Walker, the late Andrew Walker, Sarah Portis (the late Douglas), Etta Veal, Teola Briggs, Medra Seal, Eddie Walker, Walter Walker, Ricky Walker, and Jeremiah Walker. Georgia leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family and friends to gather for the visitation on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, from 9:30AM to 10:30AM, at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Chapel Service to be celebrated promptly at 10:30AM.
