Frank Philip Qualtier, U.S. Army Veteran, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the golden age of 85. Beloved Husband of 64 years to Shirley nee Schelli, Qualtier. Devoted Father of Frank Qualtier, Joseph (Elizabeth) Qualtier, and Philip (Laura) Qualtier. Loving Son of the late Michael and the late Matilda. Fond Grandfather of Frank (Emily) Qualtier III, the late Jonathan Qualtier, Christina Qualtier, Dominique Qualtier, Joseph Henry Qualtier, Madison Qualtier, Gabriella Qualtier, and Giovanni Qualtier. Fond Great-Grandfather of Anthony Jonathan Qualtier, and Dominic Qualtier. Dear Brother of Daniel (the late Joyce) Qualtier, and the late Michael Qualtier Jr. Dear Uncle of Patricia (the late Thomas) Cook, Anthony Caruso, Michael Qualtier, Daniel Qualtier, and Kenneth Qualtier, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Family and Friends are to gather for the visitation Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road). Funeral to follow on Monday, September 14, 2026, at Russo’s Hillside Chapels visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Chapel Service celebrated promptly at 11:00 a.m. Interment will remain Private.
