The Honorable Frank J. Perry, Mayor of the Village of Westchester, age 50. Beloved Husband and Best Friend of Peggy, nee Cesarini; Loving and Devoted Father of Ava Lucia Perry; Cherished Son of the late Frank and Lucille (nee Catino) Perry; Dear Nephew of Gerald (Roe) Catino; Proud Cousin of Joey, Charlie, Caren, Cathy and Geralyn; Loved Son-in-Law of Molly Williams and Joe Cesarini; Companion of his Beloved Dogs, Luca and Tino.
Frank was born and raised in Westchester, was the former owner of Joe’s Place Restaurant and Concetta’s Salon and coached Westchester Girl’s Softball for many years. He was a distinguished member of the West Central Municipal Conference and the Divine Infant Knights of Columbus. Frank will be remembered for his devotion to his wife, his daughter, his family, his Village and his church.
Family and friends will be received at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Rd., Hillside (between Mannheim and Wolf Roads) on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. proceeding to Divine Infant Church, 1601 Newcastle Avenue, Westchester, Illinois for a 10:00 a.m. Mass.
