Esther Lee Johnson, Williams passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024, surrounded by her family, at the age of 85. Beloved Wife of the late James Madison. Devoted Mother of Yolanda Covington, Sandra Johnson, Demitrius Williams, Sebastian Johnson, Derrick Sr. (Jessica) Faulkner, and the late Kevin Faulkner. Loving Daughter of the late Bennie Johnson and the late Willie B. (the late James) Tolliver. Fond Grandmother of Toyenta, Jocelyn, Noir, Erica, Alexandria, Zavier, Tai-Omari, Kelvin, Ahmad, Henry, Derrick Jr., Dylan and Clesha. Dear Great-Grandmother of Jaylia, Jaylen, Jayquan, Jabari, Imani, Chris, Amia, Landon, Zoe, Zaire, Ali-Mekhi, Syncere, Eric, Zander, Zachary and Miri. Dear Sister the late Bernice Barrett, the late Lillie (the late John) Mason, Ruthie Mae (the late Kent) Walls, Minnie Harris, and Augusta Tolliver. Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162 (Located between Mannheim and Wolf Road).
