Dorothy Jean Henry, nee Barnes, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the age of 71. Devoted Mother of Suhajda S. Henry, Shaneka Henry, and Suashia Gross. Loving Daughter of the late Johnny Barnes and the late Floree, nee Jackson, Barnes. Fond Grandmother of China Stubblefield, Demetrius Stubblefield, Terraigne Morgan, Kameron Pender-Bey, Aja Henry, Austin Henry, Lohgan Ross, and Londyn Washington. Fond Great-Grandmother of Blace Banks, Bryxton Banks, Kylie Foust, and the late L’aila Riley. Dear Aunt of many nephews and nieces. Loving Best Friend of Virginia Rogers.

Family and Friends are to gather for the visitation on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside IL 60162 (located between Mannheim and Wolf Road).
